“Making the decision to put a loved one into a long term care facility is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. Both of my parents were diagnosed with terminal illnesses six weeks apart from each other at a very young age. My mom was undergoing chemo and could no longer take care of my dad who was suffering from Lewy body dementia. We toured many homes and finally decided to go with Joanna. It was the best decision we ever made. She and her caregivers were wonderful. From day one they treated us like family. They made an unbelievable situation bearable. When my mom require 24 hour nursing I took care of her for several weeks, but became exhausted as I am not a nurse and have a young family of my own. Joanna was able to help me care for her in her final days. She and her team went above and beyond. When my mother passed they offered to transport my dad to the funeral and sit with him so that he could be with us. He would not have been able to attend otherwise. I can’t imagine another home would have been as accommodating to our circumstances. I have and will continue to recommend Joanna again and again to anyone who finds them self in this difficult situation. Please know that your loved one is in the best hands.”

“An absolutely wonderful care team that treated us like family during such a difficult time. In the midst of grieving over both of my parents being terminally ill, it was so comforting to know that my parents were safe and meticulously well cared for with them.”

“Joanna and her team are so caring and reassuring for families who need care for their elderly loved ones. Having my mom placed in a private home and getting to know other residents made it feel like home. The care givers were personable and knowledgeable. They truly treated her as family. We would highly recommend Joanna and her team.”
